The Northern Iowa Panthers open the Missouri Valley Conference softball tournament tonight when they take on host Bradley in the opening round. U-N-I is the top seed in the tournament after grabbing a share of the regular season title. The Panthers swept a twinbill from the Braves during the regular season.U-N-I coach Meredith Bakely who says Bradley has an aggressive offense and they’re a good solid team.
