A West Union man charged with vehicular homicide in the death of a Strawberry Point woman is sentenced to 15 years in prison. 19-year-old Jeremy Otto pleaded guilty to the charges in Fayette County in March & was sentenced Monday. Otto was charged with driving drunk when he ran a stop sign last May near Arlington and hit the car driven by Elvin Bachman. That man’s wife, 67-year-old Patricia Bachman, was killed.
