Building felled due to bad vibes

May 12, 2000 By admin

Negative energy and “bad vibes” have at last doomed an 85-year-old building in southeast Iowa. Parsons Hall is being demolished, not by twisters, but wrecking crews, who started yesterday. The historic building at Maharishi (muh-HAR-shee) University in Fairfield is being destroyed as school officials say it gave off bad energy. They’ll replace it with a building that faces east, not south. Protest efforts to save the Gothic structure delayed destruction a week.
