Fire victim in Harlan identified

Authorities have identified the western Iowa man who died yesterday in a trailerhome fire.Firefighters pulled 40-year-old James Andrews of Harlan from the burning trailer, but he could not be revived. Andrews had lived in the trailerhome for less than a month. Fire investigators ruled the fire “accidental” after finding charred material in the kitchen near a toaster oven.
