Two die in I-80 accident

There are big traffic snarls in western Iowa, as Interstate-80 has been closed, in both directions, in the Avoca area. Iowa Highway Patrol Sergeant Robert Hansen says detours have been set up.Scanner reports indicate a semi carrying cleaning products overturned near Avoca, sparking a huge blaze. Emergency crews are trying to contain the chemicals, and keep them out of the Nishnabotna River. Hansen says he doesn’t know many details.The truck’s driver and a passenger died in the wreck.
