Construction of a proposed ten-screen movie complex in Clinton is on hold. Central States Theatre Corporation of Des Moines owns the existing theatres and is suing G-K-C Theatres of Springfield, Illinois. Central States is claiming G-K-C misrepresented its plans to move into the market. G-K-C says it did nothing wrong.
