One of the three victims shot last night in a Waterloo car detailing shop has died. Police are searching for four gunmen who, if caught, would face least one count of murder. Another victim’s in critical condition. Authorities believe the shootings occurred during a botched robbery at “Wildside Creationz.” Cedar River Neighborhood Association president Michelle Larson says residents are scared and disappointed after working so hard to clear crime from their neighborhood.
