Ghosts are used to try and solve Villisca axe murders

June 6, 2000 By admin

Results of a “ghostly” investigation of one of southwest Iowa’s most notorious crimes will be released Friday. “Paranormal Investigations” of Omaha will host a dinner Friday night in Villisca to reveal the results of their 10-month-long investigation of the Villisca ax murders. In 1912, six members of the J-B Moore family and two guests were killed. Dave Christensen of Omaha led the investigation of paranormal activities at the crime scene. He says they have video and audio recordings and several eyewitnesses who watched the entities in the house.Christensen says his investigative team has been able to determine who committed the murders, which to date remain unsolved.Christensen says they also have proof their number one suspect was near several other crimes carried out in the same fashion.Only 100 people can attend the dinner where the results of the investigation will be detailed. Tickets cost 10 bucks each.
