Clarke College loses athletic director

Clarke College Athletic Director Lon Boike has resigned to become the new A-D at the University of Minnesota-Crookston. Boike has been at Clarke for 11 years, serving as athletic director for the past seven years. Boike says during that time, the program has undergone tremendous growth. He says they went from nine to sixteen sports and created a winning atmosphere.During his tenure, Clarke moved from N-A-I-A to the N-C-A-A and became a member of the Northern Illinois-Iowa Conference.Clarke College won the N-I-I-C All-Sports trophy for this past school year.
