A 29-year old Waterloo man was arrested after a robbery and chase yesterday in Waterloo.Randolph Ross alledgedly held up a credit union and led police on a chase out of town before being caught. Ross is being held for first-degree robbery and is also accused of stealing the car used in the robbery.
