Northeast Iowa got hit hard again with heavy rains last night. Black Hawk County got hit with two or more inches of rain, hail and heavy winds. The heavy rains caused street flooding in Cedar Falls. A house in Cedar Falls caught fire after being hit by lightening. There were no injuries.
