Storm drops heavy rain on state

An intense storm system has made its way across southern Iowa today. Oskaloosa got over two-and-a-half inches of rain, causing some street flooding. A tornado warning was issued for Wayne County, and law enforcement reported tornadoes near Corydon and Centerville. Southeast Iowa is under a thunderstorm watch this afternoon. In the Ottumwa area, the National Weather Service has issued an urban and small stream flood advisory.
