Grinnell College hosts top art display

Grinnell College will host works from some of the most famous artists in the world this summer. Grinnell’s Faulconer Gallery is the only Midwest venue for the exhibit of European masterworks from Smith College. Faulconer Gallery Director Lesley Wright says the exhibit will run through September 17th.Wright says the paintings are the highlight of the exhibit.She says this type of exhibit doesn’t make it to Iowa that often.Wright says they were able to get the exhibit in Grinnell after successfully handling another exhibit from Smith College.
