The body of an eastern Iowa drowning victim has been found. 42-year old Steve Scott of Mendota, Illinois disappeared Saturday. His boat was found Saturday evening on the Mississippi River south of Bellvue. A Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy found Scott’s body this morning.
