Woman sues tavern over snowmobile accident

A Vinton woman is suing a tavern and a bartender over a snowmobile accident that killed her daughter’s father.Lottie Carolan claims the bartender served alcohol to Jerry Stanley of Garrison while he was already drunk. She says Stanley, the father her daughter, died in a snowmobile accident after leaving the bar. The bartender, Dan Boddicker, denies serving Stanley. Carolan is suing for damages on behalf of her daughter.
