Carnival worker’s ride ends up being deadly

Authorities in Jones County are trying to locate the relatives of a carnival worker killed Sunday.The Jones County Sheriff says the man took a tractor from the fairgrounds in Wyoming without permission. Other carnival workers later found the tractor had rolled and pinned the man underneath. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The man apparently did not live in Iowa and authorities are trying to contact relatives before releasing the man’s name.
