Police say it was a Dubuque teenager whose body was found at the bottom of a bluff in Dubuque on Monday. The victim is identified as 18-year-old Floyd R. Smith. The preliminary investigation shows Smith died of severe internal injuries. An autopsy is being performed in Des Moines.
