Dubuque police look for clues in teen’s death

Dubuque police are appealing for the public’s help in identifying a teenager whose body was found early Monday on a residential street. The white male is between 14 and 18 years old, weighs 115-to-125 pounds and has black or dark brown hair. An autopsy is being performed today.
