An eastern Iowa family has increased the reward offered for information leading to the return of their father. 68-year old Robert Fletcher of Cedar Rapids was last seen June 23 in the Lake Macbride area near Solon. Fletcher’s son Steve says they’ve not heard from or seen him since. He says they’ve done an extensive search of the area, and even hired a national search firm to help.Fletcher says family friends have donated 25-thousand dollars for the reward, which has increased from its original 10-thousand dollars. He says the reward has thus far failed to turn up anything positive.Fletcher is asking everyone in Iowa to be on the lookout for Robert Fletcher.If you happen to see his dad’s 1990 blue Chevy Lumina, you are asked to call 1-800-CR-CRIME, or the Cedar Rapids police. Fletcher says this has been an agonizing time for the family, as they’ve spent two weeks full time searching.Fletcher says his dad was wearing a t-shirt, khaki shorts and white tennis shoes when last seen.
