The final numbers are not in but Iowa Games executive director Jim Hallihan estimates about 15-thousand competitors took part in the summer festival which wrapped up in Ames on Sunday.Hallihan says the number of those taking part dropped after the event moved from its traditional August date.Hallihan does not see any way the games can move back to August as there are too many conflicts with using the Iowa State University Facilities.
