The Iowa Barnstormers may have played their last game in Des Moines. Majority owner Jim Foster has projected losses from this season at one million dollars and he has notified the Arena League office that he is considering the possibility of selling the team. Iowa lost to Nashville 63-56 in the quarterfinal round of the Arena League playoffs on Sunday and coach John Gregory was asked if he thought it was the team’s last game in the state. He says “not as far as I’m concerned.”Lineman Gary Howe is one of the original Barnstormers. He believes the team is staying put and the nucleus of the team will remain.Quarterback Aaron Garcia says he hopes to be playing in Des Moines next season.
