Scott County investigating death of boy

Authorities are trying to determine the cause of an accident yesterday on a Scott County gravel road that killed a nine-year old boy. Scott County Sheriff’s deputies identified the victim as Zachary Fowler. They say Fowler was riding in the bed of a pickup truck driven by his father, 33-year old Leland Fowler. The truck went out of control and crashed. Zachary Fowler was killed, the father and four other children also in the truck, were injured.
