Inmates gain short freedom using a fire extinguisher

Two Sioux County jail inmates are back in custody after a brief breath of freedom Monday.20-year-old Juan Jesus Mata and 36-year-old Matias Ortega Morgado attacked a jailer and sprayed him with a dry chemical fire extinguisher. Sheriff Jim Schwiesow was also sprayed. The inmates were rounded up within 15 minutes as they ran through town in their orange jumpsuits.
