Investigators have released some of the details of a deadly accident Tuesday in the ALCOA factory in Riverdale. The Iowa Occupational Safety and Health Administration says a cable on a crane snapped, dropping a large piece of metal on 43-year old Nathanial Payne. Payne died in the accident. The investigation continues.
