Ohio ahead for ISU in opener

Iowa State coach Dan McCarney says his team is ready for a game. The Cyclones open the season Saturday at home against Ohio. McCarney takes an experienced team into the opener but says several newcomers will see their first action.McCarney cautions those who think this will be an easy victory for the Cyclones, saying Ohio has a good rushing offense. McCarney says the Cyclone defense must stop the Bobcats’ triple option attack.
