Council Bluffs teens accused of vandalism

Two Council Bluffs teenagers are accused of drawing gang graffiti on several businesses in downtown Council Bluffs. Police sergeant Jerry Mann says the two men are charged with 26 counts of criminal mischief.Mann says 17-year-old Dustin Atkins and 16-year-old Joshua Weinfurtor were arrested early this morning. The graffiti was drawn with a permanent black marker. The two were found with markers and black ink on their hands.The kids were also charged with violating the Council Bluffs curfew.
