Ferentz may make adjustments in O-line

Iowa coach Kirk Ferentz hints there may be some changes in the offensive line on Saturday for the Hawk’s game against Western Michigan.Ferentz says some injured linemen may be ready to play, but the call won’t be made ’til Friday. Ferentz says adjustments in the offense are necessary. He says that’s not unusual after the first game.Ferentz says his team’s offense needs to get some “rhythm and tempo” He says it’s a matter of continued repetition and gaining a comfort level.Ferentz says quarterback Scott Mullen will get the starting job again. Iowa officials say “plenty” of tickets remain for the home opener against Western Michigan. Just four hundred standing-room-only tickets remain for next week’s Iowa/Iowa State game at Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City.
