Cedar Rapids police have made an arrest in Monday’s slaying of a young mother.29-year-old Carloss Robinson is charged in the stabbing death of his neighbor, 20-year-old Christina Sanoubane, whose body was found in her apartment bathtub. Sanoubane’s three-year-old son was in the apartment at the time of the killing and is now staying with relatives. Police say statements made by Robinson led to his arrest.
