The owner of a Fayette County petting zoo may be forced to pay for rabies shots given after a scare surrounding a bear cub.The Iowa Attorney General’s Office is considering trying to get Rick Swenson to pay for 125 of the shots. Visitors to Swenson’s petting zoo in Clermont got the shots after a bear cub there died. A test conducted by Iowa State University showed the cub had rabies.
