A popular eastern Iowa nightclub and eatery caught fire early today. Vito’s in Iowa City is on the pedestrian mall downtown, just a half-block from Mondo’s, which burned last year. This morning’s fire was limited mostly to the kitchen. Vito’s underwent a half-million dollar renovation recently. No one was hurt.
