The Iowa Hawkeyes get set for their Big Ten opener at Indiana on Saturday. The Hawks are 0-4 after a 42-13 loss at top ranked Nebraska. Iowa stayed right in the game throughout and coach Kirk Ferentz says despite the winless start the players are giving great effort. He says they’ve played hard for four games, but have broken down at critical times.The Hawks managed nearly 300-yards of offense and Ferentz felt the offensive line made progress.With the start of the conference race Ferentz says they have to view it as a new season. He says they have to go back to practice and work on the mistakes they made.
