Fall has arrived and that means winter’s on the horizon. The end of the road construction season is on the way, too, according to Iowa Department of Transportation spokesman Jerry Dickinson says the number of road work zones are declining. He says there will be some projects running until it snows.Dickinson says most construction projects should be done on time.Dickinson says they’ve had good construction weather the past few years.
