Oskaloosa mother and boyfriend charged with child abuse

The mother of an Oskaloosa boy and her boyfriend have been charged with abusing the child.Twenty-three-year-old Clarence Yoe Junior and 21-year-old Miranda Charbonneau are charged with multiple counts of child endangerment. The charges stem from the alleged abuse of Charbonneau’s now two-year old son, Frank, Junior. The toddler remains in a Des Moines hospital. Charbonneau and Yoe will make an initial court appearance tomorrow.
