A Waterloo woman who’s been missing nearly a week will be the subject of a foot search tomorrow. Tracy Ann Carson disappeared from her own 40th birthday party last Saturday in Waterloo. Family friend Sue Sommerfelt is organizing the effort to find some sign of Carson.Waterloo police deny rumors Carson’s body was found yesterday. Carson was last seen at a Waterloo bar, Polly’s Place, at the Saturday party. She would have turned 40 this past Tuesday. People who want to help in the search are to meet at the bar at 10 a-m tomorrow.
