Cyclones look to bounce back from loss

Iowa State will be looking to bounce back this weekend when they host Missouri in Big-12 action. The Cyclones fell for the second time this season in a disappointing 30-7 homecoming loss to Texas [email protected] Cyclone coach Dan McCarney says his team needs to forget about the game and look ahead. He says they’ll find out what they’re made of after this loss. He says they lost the game as team, but says they’re still 5-2 and have plenty of games ahead.Cyclone safety Dustin Avey says an early punt block by the Aggies was big.Avey says while it was an off day the Cyclones will bounce back. He says they’re still a great team with a lot to accomplish.
