A main highway in Winneshiek County in northeast Iowa remains closed today after about two dozen train cars derailed. The derailment happened last night between Ossian and Castalia and forced the closing of highway 52. The State Patrol is diverting traffic around the area. Most of the cars that derailed were empty.
