Iowa basketball coach Steve Alford says his team is ready for a game. The Hawks open exhibition play Friday night against Athletes in Action. He says they plan to play a lot of people.Alford says he will use the game to look at several different player combinations.Alford says with so much depth on the roster the exhibition games have an impact for the players. He says it tells him how guys will play in a game.
