November 16, 2000 By admin

The Drake Bulldogs close out the season at home against Towson University. With a victory, the Bulldogs would become just the ninth team in school history to win eight games. Drake coach Rob Ash says it would be a great way for the seniors to close out their careers.Ash says hosting Towson out of the Patriot League is a great way to end the season. He says they’ve come a long way since the program was downgraded in 1985.Ash says to have a chance, the Bulldogs will need to slow down Towson’s passing game.
