Two Iowa State seniors hope to end their home careers with a victory. The Cyclones host Kansas and receiver J.J. Moses says an Iowa State win would be a perfect ending. He says when he first committed to Iowa State it was to turn the program around. Moses says people thought Cyclone football was a joke when he told them he was coming to Ames.Moses says a big key for the Cyclones this season is they have remained, for the most part, injury free.Receiver Chris Anthony turned down a full ride to the Air Force Academy to attend Iowa State as a walk-on. He says it’s satisfying to be part of the turnaround and go from nothing to a bowl trip. Anthony admits there were a number of bumps in the road. He says players had to support each other because there wasn’t a lot of positive comments coming from outside the program.
