A Sheldon man accused of first-degree murder in the death of his son has pled guilty to lesser charges. 39-year old Jeffery Christianson pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter and child endangerment. Christianson was charged in the death of his two-year-old son Daniel. The child died May 24th after Christianson allegedly shook him. Christianson faces two consecutive 15-year prison terms; he would have faced a life sentence with a conviction of first-degree murder.
