B-V starts season at 6-0

With only two players gone from last year’s Iowa conference championship team that made a good run in the NCAA division three tournament, the Buena Vista men came into this season with lofty expectations. The Beavers are 6-0 heading into Friday night’s game at William Penn.B-V coach Brian Van Haaften says his team is shooting at better than 50-percent in the early part of the season.And Van Haaften says their balance attack has made them tough to defend in the early going.
