Crews from the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroad are cleaning up a derailment in Montgomery County. Spokesman Steve Forsberg says the cars left the track between Red Oak and Stanton last night.About 14 cars derailed and each carried multiple trailers and containers. Forsberg says it will take them all day to clean up the cars. The derailed cars are blocking both tracks and they can’t route trains around the area. He says the snow is also causing problems. He says many of the cars were empty. The cause of the derailment is not known and there were no injuries.
