ISU Readies for Bowl Game

Preparations continue for Iowa State’s December 28th appearance in theInsight-dot-com bowl in Phoenix against Pittsburgh. The game will be playedin the Bank One Ballpark and Iowa State coach Dan McCarney says with theFiesta Bowl taking over the Insight-dot-com, it will bring added prestige tothe game. He says the weather and hospitality will be “scond to none” inPhoenix. McCarney is not surprised Cyclone fans scooped up bowl tickets soquickly. He says it makes a big difference to bowl representatives that fansare willing to follow the team.
