Two Butler County residents have been charged with livestock neglect in connection with the deaths of several animals. 36-year old John Mace and his fiancée, 30-year old Roxanne Dreesman of rural Austinville, were arrested after three horses and several goats were found dead on the farm where they live. Several other animals were removed from the farm.
