William Penn College in Oskaloosa is looking for a new football coach.Coach Tom Shea resigned after two years on the job, citing philosophical differences. Shea had compiled a record of 5-13 in his two seasons. The school’s athletic director says they’ll begin a nationwide search to find Shea’s successor.
