Davenport police say a fight over a woman is likely what led to a fatal stabbing last night. Police say 17-year-old Michael Huffstedler fought with 26-year-old David Britton before going back to his apartment to get a kitchen knife. Davenport detective Gene Wall says Huffstedler returned to Britton’s apartment and stabbed Britton in the stomach.The two worked together and cops believe the fight was over a girl. Britton died after being taken to the hospital.Huffstedler’s charged with murder.
