After an impressive 16-point victory over seventh-ranked Illinois, the Iowa Hawkeyes face another difficult challenge with a visit to Purdue. Iowa coach Steve Alford says the short prep time is part of a conference race and something the younger players will need to get used to.Purdue is 3-0 in the league race and Alford says the Boilers, like always, feature a team that is solid in all phases.For Luke Recker, it marks his first game back in his home state since leaving the Indiana program.
