After an impressive 16-point victory over seventh-ranked Illinois, the Iowa Hawkeyes face another difficult challenge with a visit to Purdue. Iowa coach Steve Alford says the short prep time is part of a conference race and something the younger players will need to get used to.Purdue is 3-0 in the league race and Alford says the Boilers, like always, feature a team that is solid in all phases.For Luke Recker, it marks his first game back in his home state since leaving the Indiana program. Alford says he hopes Recker has the experience to play well despite his return to Indiana.
