Investigators are trying to determine the cause of fire in Dubuque. The fire damaged a dozen apartments and at least two businesses. No one is reported hurt as all of the apartments in the three-story building were safely evacuated. It’s belived the fire started in a third-floor apartment about 11 p-m. The two businesses with water and smoke damage are Crescent Moon and Midwest Hobbies.
