An eastern Iowa snowplow driver is suing a school system after a wreck. A Dubuque County snowplow driver is suing the West Dubuque School District, claiming he was seriously hurt in a collision between his plow and a school bus two years ago. Steven Knepper is suing the district and the bus driver, Chris Steffen, who was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions.
